Week 5: The 4th R: Repair. Sharing success - LIVE May 24 In this live module we are at the halfway point in the elimination food plan. We will share successes and challenges as we look at the final two weeks of the plan. We will focus on repairing the lining of the GI tract by discussing key nutrients that can often be in short supply in a compromised gut, such as zinc, antioxidants (e.g. vitamins A, C, and E), fish oil, and the amino acid glutamine. We will discuss how to get these in foods or supplements. This step is critical for the immune system.
