We are excited to announce the new member portal is up and running. Your old access to the member site, support tickets, etc. has been disconnected and all access is now through the new portal. If you have member access and did not receive the personalized email from Ron that included your initial login and password, please email Ron at email@example.com to request your access credentials. Alternatively, you can simply use the "Forgot your password" feature to reset your password. Your username is the email address you have used as your primary email address when corresponding with Flourish. If you ever experience an error while logging on, please call or text Ron at 320.424.0771.
If you had not previously set up an account for the supplement store, you will be prompted to create a password to activate your Shopify account the first time you access the store from the portal. It does not matter what you use for a password because the new portal will remember that and log you in automatically going forward. We set this up so that everyone will now have an account in the store - which will provide your order history going forward.
You can access a video tutorial using the link below. This tutorial will step you through the process of logging on to the new portal the first time and provides a detailed overview of how to get the most out of the Flourish experience. The video is 21 minutes long, but the first 5 minutes or so covers the basics on how to log in and navigate the portal. The remainder of the video provides additional details that you can watch later if you don't have time to watch it all at once.
