WEEK 4

Week 4:  The 2nd R:  Replace.  Adding in the “good stuff” and the 3rd R: Reinoculation - RECORDING Released May 17
In this module you will learn which foods the gut needs and relies on for gut health.  We will also assess whether you need digestive enzymes or other key nutrients the GI tract relies on for optimal function.   We will focus on creating an optimal microbiome in the GI tract for GI function as well as overall physical and mental health.  This will include more DIY options as we look at prebiotics and probiotics.  We will also discuss histamine and mast cells when we look at options like fermented foods.
