Week 3: The Primary Action Step to feeling better quickly and introduction of the 5R’s to Gut Health - LIVE May 10 In this live module, we will be introducing the Elimination Diet that we will be starting this week and the session will include a Q&A. While an elimination diet may seem very restrictive, it is often the best way to feel better quickly as we often have food sensitivities we are not aware of or have been unable to pinpoint. We will also briefly discuss the 5R program we use for gut health and restoration. We will build on the 5R concept throughout the course. Our focus this week will be the 1st R: Remove. We will be focusing on removing possible offending foods with the elimination food plan - and we will also discuss how to get rid of other things that negatively impact the GI system.
