Week 1: Introduction Webinar - LIVE April 26
In this module, we will have a live, interactive webinar to discuss many aspects of food and health. This will include why the GI system is so important to health. We will also be discussing overall food guidance to help navigate the conflicting information regarding the best food plan for you. We will discuss oils in cooking and eating, processed foods and sweeteners, healthy drinks, and more. You will take a personal health assessment to see where you are currently at that we will repeat at the end of the course. We will also discuss a 30 day Elimination Food Plan we will all embark on together. Supplemental materials will be provided.
