- A private facebook page for those in the detox group to share struggles, successes, recipes and more.
- 30-minute zoom group visit check-in January 11 @ 7:30 PM: This meeting will be a check-in as well as information on various food plans to consider moving forward
- 30-minute zoom group visit check-in January 15 @ 7:30 PM
- 1 hour zoom group visit after the detox to continue support, cover ongoing food plans, as well as Q/A. February 15 @ 7:30 PM: We will also discuss ways to continue to cut toxins in the environment
- 1 hour private consultation with Stacey Luetmer, MD AND 1 hour consultation with Michelle Kelley, health coach.
This course, which includes 3 hours of education as well as support on the zoom calls and & facebook group, has shown to significantly improve outcomes and success, especially when augmented with 1 on 1 guidance from an MD.
