- 1 hour zoom group visit on January 11 at 7:00PM. Educational session covering information about toxins and detoxing in general as well as tips for the detox.
- A private facebook page for those in the detox group to share struggles, successes, recipes and more.
- 1 hour zoom group visit on January 24 at 7:00 PM: This meeting will be a check-in as well as information on various food plans to consider moving forward
- 1 hour zoom group visit after the detox on February 1 at 7:00 PM to continue support as well as Q/A: We will also discuss ways to continue to cut toxins in the environment.
- 30-minute coaching session with Tristyn Bigaouette, RN at the time of your choosing. Choose to have your session at the beginning if you are struggling to get started, in the middle of the process to help with accountability, or at the end to jump start the process of carrying the benefits of the detox into the rest of 2022.
- $115 if you use .25 credit/$175 if you don't apply any credits
This format with over 3 hours of education as well as support on the zoom calls, facebook group, and one-on-one coaching has shown to significantly improve outcomes and success with this process.
