Registration Window for 2026 Retreat

We are doing something a bit different for the 2026 retreat. In order to keep the cost reasonable and ensure we have a "critical mass" of registrations, we are creating a registration window between NOW AND MARCH 31.
If you are interested, all we would need at this point is to know you want to join us for the January of 2026. No down payment would be due until April 1. We need to fill 5 of the 8 available rooms in order to make the retreat feasible. If we get commitments to fill at least 5 rooms by the end of March, then the retreat will be a "go" and we will ask for a 25% down payment to secure your booking.

NOTE: Double occupancy means 2 people per room. For rooms with 1 bed, couples may book either 2 full participants or 1 full participant and 1 guest participant. If you would like to book a room with 1 bed and are not bringing a guest with you, there is an option to pay extra to have the room to yourself. Rooms with 2 beds have the same options as above, as well as the option to reserve just 1 of the 2 beds and we will pair you with another retreat participant to occupy the 2nd bed. For rooms with 2 beds, we will book no more than 2 participants. As you can see, Feather Leaf Inn is has just 9 rooms, ensuring an exclusive and personal experience. Only retreat participants will be staying at the Feather Leaf Inn for this event.
