Today we will be discussing the need to play! When was the last time you acted like a kid? There is nothing more pure than to witness children laughing and playing. They are naturally giving, sharing, and caring. It's important for us adults to strip the facade of being all grown up and have some fun once in a while. It doesn't have to be outrageous and wild, but think of simple things that brought you joy as a child and try to engage in them. It could be simple things like blowing (or popping) bubbles, jumping on the trampoline, playing in the rain, or even riding your bike. Children are full of joy because they are in the moment, they are not thinking of tomorrow or dwelling on yesterday. Being a child means being in the moment, no matter what you're doing.
