Some of the following food plans are great to look into for general food guidelines. Any food plan needs to be individualized and tailored to you personally. There is not a perfect food plan for everyone.
It is also key to rotate foods and vary the diet. You should try to eat different vegetables and not get stuck on the same foods. Experiment! Have fun!
