Today we will discuss the importance of surrounding yourself with positive, supportive and growth-minded individuals.  

Support:
To do the hard things we need to do to support our genes and overall health, we can benefit greatly from support.  This can be a crucial part of success long-term.
-Health coach/life coach
-Support from family and friends
-a support buddy, workout buddy, etc..
-a tribe of people (facebook groups, etc..)
-Podcasts, books and other media (positive, health affirming, growth oriented)
