Repeat and do them daily.
Start small and doable - increase and change as you progress.
Use emotions in them.
Stand tall, say them out loud or even shout them. Mean them and believe them!
Some people record them, listen throughout the day.
Write them on post-its and reminders.
I am reclaiming my health and vitality
My mitochondria are growing stronger
I am repairing my brain
I choose to eat for a healthier brain and body
I surround myself with people that support my journey
