Indoor air has many toxins and we spend much of our time indoors.
Try to get outside at least 10-15 minutes daily.
Open windows (even in winter briefly) to get fresh air circulating.

Sunshine helps increase Vitamin D and the immune system
Helps set the circadian rhythm.
Helps mood and sleep.
Try to get at least 10-15 minutes of sunshine and fresh air daily - best in the am.
