We will be discussing the health impacts of minimalism.

Minimalism

  • Does not need to be extreme - just a concentrated effort on making life less complicated.  
  • Health benefits:
    • More time:  to exercise, meditate, prepare good whole foods
    • More calm and less stress
    • More gratitude and contentment
    • Living with intention​
Focuses:
  • Decreasing the wasted time making unnecessary choices
  • Creating a calm, uncluttered environment
  • Spending time on the things that mean the most to you

Challenge:  Evaluate your home and rooms - does it feel calm and content - or constant clutter/chaos?  
What are some choices/tasks you can minimize, automate, or get rid of?
