Welcome to Day 18!
Today we will discuss the importance of food as a tool to match our genetics and health.
Food like our ancestors
  • Local foods when able
  • Eating in season
  • Lots of plants, some animals
  • Some cooked and some raw foods
  • Consider eliminating:
    • Gluten
    • Dairy
    • Other grains
    • Legumes
    • Industrial oils
    • Food like chemicals
    • Continual access to food (consider Intermittent fasting)
  • Diversity in foods - don’t eat the same things - be creative
    • Try to get 200 different plants in a year
  • Nutrient dense food

Consider the best food plan for you - it will be different for everyone.
Foods that work for you may change over time
Consider genetic susceptibility and sensitivities

Goal: Whole, real food most of the time!
