Indoor air quality: Indoor air is often more toxic than outdoor air. It can contain many small particles that can cause inflammation in the body - from mold, to bacteria, dust mites and toxin. We also spend 90% of time indoors. Take time to access the indoor environments you spend the most time in - and access ways to improve it. Mold/Bacteria due to WDB’s (water damaged buildings): 50% of buildings have water damage and may have mold and bacteria that can affect our health. For some - this can create allergy type reactions. For others - there may be chronic inflammation turned on from mold creating a cascade of symptoms and illness (25% of people have these genetics). This can cause significant illness.
