Welcome to Day 16!
Today we will discuss the importance of air quality.
Indoor air quality:
Indoor air is often more toxic than outdoor air. It can contain many small particles that can cause inflammation in the body - from mold, to bacteria, dust mites and toxin.
We also spend 90% of time indoors.
Take time to access the indoor environments you spend the most time in - and access ways to improve it.
Mold/Bacteria due to WDB’s (water damaged buildings):
50% of buildings have water damage and may have mold and bacteria that can affect our health. For some - this can create allergy type reactions. For others - there may be chronic inflammation turned on from mold creating a cascade of symptoms and illness (25% of people have these genetics). This can cause significant illness.
Basic things to consider for WDB’s and mold:

If this happens, just hit the download icon (down arrow in lower right hand corner of video) and watch once it downloads. You can also tap the double arrow icon to put the video in full screen mode.
