We will be discussing toxins over the next few days.

Toxins and the Holidays:
  • We are often exposed to more toxins over the Holidays than other times of the year.  
  • This includes exposures to many others, dressed up, with perfume on, etc.  
  • Many have fake holiday scents infused in the air.
  • Increased plastic consumption and use
  • Eat more processed foods
  • Candles
  • Travel - exhaust, planes, poor food

Other impacts on toxicity with the holidays:
  • Often less sleep  - increases toxicity
  • Increased stress
  • Constipation

Be mindful of exposures and minimizing these
